The Tech@Work program, financed by Microsoft, trains 20,000 young Africans in digital and professional skills to help them gain access to decent jobs.
Digital Ambassadors
Launched by the African Development Bank and Microsoft, trains ambassadors in basic digital skills, entrepreneurship and freelancing.

Preparing Africa’s youth to meet the continent’s future challenges is imperative to ensure Africa’s development. The launch in 2010 of the Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI).
Coding for employment
Coding for Employment aims to prepare young Africans for the jobs of tomorrow and harness the potential of the next generation of young digital innovators to meet the continent’s growing challenges.
Young farmer
The aim of this initiative is to harness the potential, energy, inventiveness and audacity of 320 young people aged 16 to 29, with a view to setting up businesses with a strong social and economic impact, in the agri-business sector.
